Daan & Lennart Living room concert Heeswijk-Dinther

On the 20th of February Lennart van Dijk and I performed some nice jazz music during a living room concert. I really like these kind of places to play music because the setting creates a casual atmosphere. Also the closeness of the people in the room is one of the reasons for a high level of performer-audience interaction.

DVS Jazz Final exam Maarten Augustijn

I’m pretty honoured to let you know that my own compostions will be played at the final exam of Maarten Augustijn. This will be on the 2nd of June at the Codarts WMDC, Rotterdam. The exam will start at 21h.

I’d like to let you know that the exam was graded with an 8! Congratulations Maarten! If the video is available I will post it on my website.

Gijs Berkers Trio ‘Kunst in de Kamer’

Last thursday Gijs Berkers, Matheus Nicolaiewsky and I had a really great time during our performance in the ‘Kunst in de Kamer’ concert series. People liked it a lot and were really listening to our music and what we had to say about our own compositions.
